We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Digital Products and Delivery
Ebooks and bundles are delivered as PDF downloads. Download links are sent to the email address provided at checkout and are also accessible from your account dashboard. If you do not receive your download link, check your spam folder before contacting support.
Digital products are available for personal use only. You may download and store your purchases on your personal devices. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or republish any content from our books in any form.
Membership
Membership gives you access to the full digital library for as long as your subscription remains active. Membership is billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select.
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the library until that date. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial membership periods.
We reserve the right to add, remove, or update titles in the library at any time.
Refund Policy
Because our products are delivered digitally and immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on ebook or bundle purchases.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a product you purchased, contact us and we will resolve it.
